Lookup and field meanings
For Neon Abyss 2 version 1.0, Veewo says Artisanism now uses Affix Badges so a crafted weapon can receive a new Affix. CapyDB’s separate PC-file reference for build 2026.10.8.72af32744d5 lists 17 items in its Badge category, from Bullet and Critical to elemental, Wisp and weapon-stat effects. It says duplicate pickups raise the same Badge’s level, different Badge damage bonuses do not add together, and a hit uses the highest bonus matching its damage type. The source material does not establish whether every CapyDB Badge item is one of Artisanism’s Affix Badges or how the 1.0 crafting flow selects or grants them. Treat the old Early Access Badge-or-Artifact rank choice as historical.
What Badge means in the 1.0 notes
Veewo’s October 8, 2026 launch notes say Artisanism was reworked around the new Affix Badge system, allowing a crafted weapon to receive a new Affix. This is the confirmed 1.0 connection between badges, crafting, and Faith. The announcement does not enumerate badge names, individual effects, or costs. Use the current in-game Artisanism and Affix Badge descriptions when making a run decision. (Veewo Games — 1.0 launch notes)
The 17 Badge entries in the PC-file reference
CapyDB labels the following 17 entries as Badge in its reference for PC build 2026.10.8.72af32744d5, imported October 10, 2026. CapyDB says its values come from game files, but it is an unofficial third-party site. This table summarizes the listed descriptions; it does not prove that each database item is an Artisanism Affix Badge.

Do not apply the old rank-up choice to 1.0
TheGamer’s guide explicitly describes an Early Access build. It says each weapon rank offered either a Badge that added an attack effect - its example is a damage-dealing spinning blade - or an Artifact with character benefits. It also describes holding multiple Badges and transferring acquired Badges and Artifacts when switching weapons. These are historical mechanics. The 1.0 Artisanism rework changes the context, so the old rank-up choice, stacking advice, and transfer rule do not establish the current flow. Follow the wording and choices shown by the current game instead.
How Badge items level and stack
CapyDB says picking up the same Badge raises that Badge by one level, up to level 9. The per-item tables may show lower individual caps, so check the chosen Badge’s own row. Damage bonuses from different Badges do not simply add together: each hit uses the highest value that matches its damage type. Trigger odds and cooldowns are also Badge-specific; consult the individual entry before treating a ‘may trigger’ effect as a fixed rate. These are rules in the PC-file reference, not a confirmed explanation of the Artisanism menu. (CapyDB — Badge levels and item data)
What the available sources do not show
The item table is a PC-build data reference, not a Veewo-published guide. The sources still do not show the exact menu sequence, cost, roll rules, or a complete 1.0 crafting route for Artisanism, and they do not document whether all 17 database Badge entries are the same objects as the Affix Badges in the announcement. The badges described by an older Early Access guide also belong to a different version context; do not use its rank-up choice or weapon-transfer rule as a 1.0 instruction.
